- All exterior brick are handmade solid brick by Cushwa.
- All interior walls and ceilings are solid plaster with finish coat.
- Extensive millwork throughout the house consists of 5" dentil crown moldings, chair rail throughout most rooms with picture frame molding below; all doorways have enlarged millwork frames.
- Front entry way, hallway and 2nd floor landing area are all oak hardwood floors (3/4").
- All wood dentils around the perimeter of the roof were hand cut and individually attached in place one by one by a master carpenter.
- The roof is new within the last two years and guaranteed for life and can withstand a 110mph wind.
- Exterior doors and trim were painted within the last two years.
- Gutters and downspouts are oversized and factory painted aluminum which dump directly into an underground drainage system that empties at the road.
- Property is extensively landscaped so that trees, shrubs and flowers bloom in their respective seasons. An an example, the carefree Knockout roses bloom all summer, the cherry trees bloom in the spring and the maple trees have dark red leaves in the fall. All landscaping is mature and well established.

- The Kitchen consists of 25 ft of granite countertop, custom crafted solid cherry cabinets by an independent cabinet maker, under cabinet halogen lights on dimmer accents the granite counter top.

- Heating and air conditioning are top quality, high efficiency Lennox products--a very unique system consisting of a one year old gas hot water boiler which feeds hot water to air handling units which are located in strategic areas of the house and is operated by a computer board in the boiler room; first floor, second floor, sunroom and lower level recreation room are separately zoned. Each room has its own supply and return air grill--this eliminates having a noisy central return in the hall. This system allows you to be comfortably warn or cool in each of the areas. Each zoned area has its own thermostat.
- Utilities: Municipal water which derives from a well on the other side of the golf course has extremely good water with minimal use of chlorination. This well services the Omni Bedford Springs Resort and surrounding homes and is only three years old. The sewer line, which is also only three years old, is gravity fed to the Bedford Borough Disposal plant which is now being totally ungraded in design and capacity. Natural gas is located in the street and supplies all houses along the golf course with an unlimited amount of gas as we are on a main line to the gas pumping station. There is also a deep (approximately 300 ft), fresh water well that provides all of the water needed to maintain our extensive landscaping of trees, scrubs, flowers and grass--free from municipal water charges.
- The house is wired for and receives Comcast's high speed Internet and cable television service.
- Telephone service is provided by Century Link. Six individual phone lines (fiber optics) come into a main terminal in the house which can be activated or deactivated at your request.
